I didn’t get a chance to see Verne this week but Bonnie sent me these
pictures of him playing peek-a-boo.
I love his facial expression when she is hiding….
and that smile!
Sunday afternoon
The afternoon sunlight comes in through the living room windows.
Tucker likes to take a little cat-nap on the comfy chair.
All curled up in the warm winter light….me too.
Sadly, my daughter and I have schedules that rarely allow us to get together.
But, through the magic of instagram I am able to have a picture
of the day she visited with Verne.
Acorn street in Boston’s Beacon Hill area
is the most photographed street in Boston.
It’s only about a 5 minute walk from work so I often ramble over there
during my lunch hour. I love Beacon Hill!

Sadly, my co-teacher gave her two week notice yesterday.
I am going to miss her company so much!
She’s been one of my very favorite co-workers ever
and I am so fortunate that we had a chance to get to know one another.
How fun to have your grandson so close by…love his big eyes! your daughter is so pretty, too!
Love Beacon Hill and we are STILL waiting to see if that college over in Chestnut Hill is gonna accept our yoingest!!😉
Love your living room photo!!
happy weekend
What a sweet smile! I’m so thankful for the technology we have to see our loved ones more often. Years ago we had to buy film, wait til the whole roll was taken before it could be developed, wait a few days for it to be developed, and then wait a few more days to print reprints to send to the grandparents. I don’t know how they stood it, but then that was all we knew at the time. I’m just glad we have almost instant access now!
Tucker looks so comfy. That does look like a warm, cozy spot.
Sad to lose a good coworker. Hope the next one works out well, too.
Oh that smile is adorable. Technology can certainly be a positive thing at times. Hope you get a good replacement for your co-worker.
my gosh verne is growing like a weed, adorable!! i think tucker has the best seat in the house! i always love seeing acorn street, it’s just beautiful! love the photo of your daughter and verne…the internet is great for keeping us connected when we can’t be together in person! thank you for linking up this week!
